2 Delivery details
Please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable telephone number. Our delivery partner may contact you to arrange delivery.
If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with an update and available options.
If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address or the recipient's unavailability, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Any additional delivery charge will be explained and agreed in advance. We do not charge customers for redelivery caused by our error or our delivery partner's error.
3 Issues with your delivery
If any item arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photographs.
